Metal Casting Technologies : June 2006
18 METAL Casting Technologies June 2006 Metal Casting Technologies Magazine a Great Success at China Metal + Metallurgy 2006 -- review Over 28,000 visitors attended Metal + Metallurgy China in Beijing in April 2006 with a total of 810 exhibitors, 587 Chinese and 223 international companies, from 24 countries around the world. The exhibition was approximately 10% larger than the previous one held in 2004. Adam Cail of Metal Casting Technologies Magazine attended with a dedicated stand to ensure appropriate distribution of the magazine to the major foundry attendees. The response to the magazine was overwhelming with many requests for information from both foundries and suppliers. The magazine, which was distributed at the Exhibition, was an updated version of the Who's Who of Metals Annual edition which contained most of the major foundry suppliers to the Asian nations. Adam Cail said, "There is no doubt that the Metal Casting Technologies Magazine has won a significant place in the China and Asian foundry markets. We now have to duplicate the English version into a Chinese edition. This will be launched later this year." The intention to do this is in line with the increasing demand for the publication.
