When designing the controlling software we have improved the traditional PID algorithm in which fuzzy controlling thoughts were used. Fig. 6 shows the pressure-tracing curves adopting the method of classical PID and PID associated with fuzzy control. It is found that the pressure tracing property of the system is improved considerably by introducing the method of fuzzy control. It benefits the stable filling mold. 3. COUNTER-GRAVITY CASTING TECHNOLOGY Compared to gravity casting, counter-gravity casting has to use a different gating system. Although laminar filling and ordinal solidification are its inherent features, an appropriate gating system is of vital importance.
