www.metals.rala.com.au ADVERTISING PROMOTION POWER CORE - High rate core shooter This machine is a new entry in the range of IMF core shooters for high-rate production of cores and moulds with horizontally parted core boxes. The machine is available in two versions with shooting capacity of 18 and 40 liters with possibility of multiple shooting. The maximum core box dimensions are 760x760x500mm, with possibility of up to 6 loose pieces. The machine has a mechanical cycle time of 20 sec. and shows interesting features such as: - gassing process under vacuum - core pick up and dressing with vacuum- based manipulation - core stripping with ejectors - formula and production report management software ROBOTIZED FETTLING CELL Being the result of a co-operation with the company Evolut, this cell permits the robotized fettling of large castings that are positioned on a hydraulic handling table. The possibility of replacing tools in automatic allows to make different types of fettling as well as forging and scraping operations, etc. Fully-developed software solutions permit to program the off line fettling layouts and make this solution very efficient also for small run productions. 84
