STELEX PRO (Priming Optimised) is the new generation of ceramic foam filters, specifically developed for carbon and low alloy steels and maganese steel. With this new ceramic structure the priming limitations, inherent with zirconia based ceramic filters is eliminated. STELEX PrO foundry filters create filter- clean castings and minimise turbulent metal flow during mould filtering. Performance and lightness are not incompatible, on the contrary these are the base for the peculiar attributes which makes this filter so special compared to the currently used zircon oxide filters for cast steel.
